To integrate your smart lock with other SmartThings compatible smart devices and manage the whole system via the SmartThings App, you’ll need to connect your lock to the SmartThings Hub.

Step 1. Download both SmartThings and August App.
Step 2. Launch the SmartThings App first and then tap My Home.
Step 3. Click Add a Thing under Things, at the bottom of your Things list. The SmartThings App will display Looking for devices…
